Moberly School District staff members nominate their peers monthly to recognize them for going above and beyond expectations. This month, Mrs. Jodi Engel was nominated by the staff at Moberly Middle School.
Mrs. Engel's colleagues had this to say about her: "Mrs. Engel really stepped up to support the middle school and her science team during a tragic event. She helped to make interactive activities for students to do to keep them actively engaged in the science classroom while staff members were recovering. In addition, she has been assisting a long-term substitute, she has entered grades for science teachers while they are away, and she has really helped keep students on track during this time! Mrs. Engel is a true Spartan Star!"
