Missouri Course Access Program (MOCAP) and Virtual Course Enrollment

The Missouri Course Access and Virtual School Program (MOCAP) has developed a catalog of virtual online courses for students. MOCAP's mission is to offer Missouri students equal access to a wide range of high-quality courses, flexibility in scheduling, and interactive online learning. The Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) and the State Board of Education oversee administration and quality assurance activities, such as related content and delivery of courses.

Students wishing to enroll in a Virtual School Program have options in Moberly. Students can opt to enroll with Moberly School District on-line program through our partnership with Launch. All students must obtain district approval to enroll in a virtual course provided or paid for by the district. The deadline for requesting to enroll in a virtual course is August 1 at noon for the first semester and December 1 for the second semester. If the 1st of the month falls on a weekend, it will be the first Monday following that weekend. To enroll in the district on-line program please complete
this form for approval. Additionally students can visit the MOCAP Website to learn more about MOCAP Providers with Hosts and to select a program outside of the Moberly School District.
