ACT WorkKeys Assessment Resources

The Moberly School District is proud to partner with the Moberly Area Economic Development Corporation and Moberly Area Community College to offer the ACT WorkKeys Assessment to our senior class.

The ACT WorkKeys Assessment is one of the College and Career Readiness (CCR) Assessments used by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to measure whether our graduates are prepared for life after graduation. The other assessments used to measure College & Career Readiness are ACT, SAT, Compass, and ASVAB.


Based on their scores, student can earn a National Career Readiness Certificate that is recognized by employers nationally, including 44 employers in Randolph County. Students earning a certificate can use it to provide potential employers with evidence of their skills. ACT WorkKeys Assessment Information

ACT WorkKeys assessments are research-based measures of foundational work skills required for success across industries and occupations. They have been used for more than two decades by job seekers, employees, employers, students, educators, administrators, and workforce and economic developers.

A nationally recognized work skills credential, the ACT National Career Readiness Certificate (ACT NCRC®)is an assessment-based credential powered by ACT WorkKeys®. Issued at four levels, the ACT NCRC measures and certifies the essential work skills needed for success in jobs across industries and occupations.

The ACT NCRC is widely used by employers, educators, workforce developers, and others with a stake in the success of the economy.
